Etika Imports Returns Policy

PAYMENTS

CREDIT CARD

Credit card payments available for approved purchases from our website. To pay by credit card, select “Credit Card Payment” at checkout and proceed through the checkout. We will contact you within two business days to authorise your credit card payment. All credit card payments are subject to 1.5% credit card processing fee. Your order will not ship until we receive payment.

BANK DEPOSIT

Bank deposit is available for approved purchases from our website. To pay by bank deposit, select “Bank Deposit” at checkout and proceed through the checkout. Bank details will then be displayed. Please make your bank deposit immediately to confirm your order. Your order will not ship until we receive payment. No fees apply to bank deposits.

REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds are available for all full priced items. no refunds / exchanges on sale items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund and any received thereafter may be denied. if a garment is faulty and we are notified within the 14 day period , we will replace the garment with the exact match if we have it in stock, only on receipt of the returned goods first.

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels.  Once Etika Imports has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Etika Imports reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.  We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Etika Imports will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Etika Imports. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your Etika Imports account once this transaction has been processed.  Refunds will be issued to the credit card bank account that the payment had originally come from. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

SALE ITEMS

Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.  This is when the item:

Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

Is unsafe

Is significantly different from the sample or description

Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
